This package equips the HOSTED packages, Agility and Serenity, which share the same architecture: hosting, backups and supervision are in France, on a dedicated and isolated resource, and the server is made available to you without transferring ownership. It is not, however, part of the 100% Sovereign offer: the AI model is called at its publisher, outside that resource. For models running on your premises, see Pro and Premium. Agility and Serenity differ in how they are paid for, not in architecture: Agility invoices the setup at the order, Serenity spreads it into the subscription.

Components included in the base offer: the Blue Lemon Agent software foundation, the AI models listed in the order journey, the standard channels (Microsoft Teams, Slack, WhatsApp Business, email, website chat, calendars, Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace, file storage, market VoIP telephony, professional social-media pages and accounts, Google Business Profile), hosting in France for the package chosen, backups, supervision, updates and support. If adapting the AI agent to your constraints, your needs or your requests requires other paid components — a third-party publisher's software licence, paid API access to one of your applications, hosting of health data, for which French law requires an HDS-certified host (art. L. 1111-8 of the French Public Health Code), SecNumCloud-qualified hosting, a speech synthesis service, particular hardware —, they are offered to you as an option or on quotation and re-invoiced at the cost incurred; nothing is committed without your written agreement. Where the artificial intelligence model you choose entails an additional cost, that cost is shown to you before you order and re-invoiced to you at the cost incurred, with no margin.
Not included in the packages: AI consumption (model tokens), re-invoiced at real cost with no margin, and tracked in real time in your client area. Maintenance and supervision subscription for an initial term of 12 months for the Agility package, 24 months for the Serenity package and 36 months for the 100% Sovereign package, renewable; support levels (SLA 72 h / 24 h / 4 h) optional. No hidden costs
The question every AI buyer asks: “what will I actually pay at the end of the month?” Here is our answer, and it can be checked.
Usage is rebilled at cost. AI tokens, telephony minutes, document recognition, translations: we rebill what our suppliers bill us, to the euro, with no mark-up at all. We earn nothing on your usage — so nothing gives us an interest in seeing it rise.
It is visible in real time, in your client area, item by item. You do not wait for the invoice to know where you stand.
You set a monthly cap. Once reached, usage stops — nothing goes beyond it without your agreement. You are alerted at 80%, 90% and 95% before you get there (T&Cs, art. 7 bis).
Any unused balance comes back to you. At the end of the contract, what remains in your wallet is refunded. This is not a subscription in disguise.
Annual payment: two months free
Pay twelve months of subscription up front and you are charged for only ten — a 16.7% discount on the operating subscription. The option covers the subscription alone: set-up, hardware and consumables are still paid separately. It does not extend your commitment: a twelve-month contract paid up front remains a twelve-month contract (T&Cs, art. 7 quinquies).

Trustpilot cannot be ordered directly: it requires your own Trustpilot for Business account with access to the API module, your Business Unit ID, an authorised authentication method, and the matching rights and quotas, and is priced on quote, after a feasibility study — Trustpilot's costs at your charge, integration and maintenance quoted separately. The number of connections included is the one stated in the product sheet and the quote: a connector is included only if it is named there and if its prerequisites are met, and third-party platform subscriptions remain taken out and paid for by you. On social networks and review platforms the agent prepares and proposes: publishing in your name stays under your control.Connecting your dialogue channels (Microsoft Teams, Slack, WhatsApp Business, email, website chat, VoIP telephony) is included at no extra cost and with no limit on how many. SMS channelAn agent cannot send a text message on its own: it goes through a gateway, which is a third-party service. The message is passed on to you at cost, with no mark-up, through your prepaid wallet, at the exact price the gateway charges us — a price that follows the mobile operators’ own rates and that you can track in real time in your client area. To budget, reckon on €0.07 excl. VAT (€0.084 incl. VAT) per message to France, that is €70 excl. VAT per 1,000 messages: this is a dated, non-contractual benchmark — the price observed on 13 August 2026, taken from the upper end of gateway purchase prices — and neither a selling price nor a guaranteed maximum. That price moves up as well as down with the mobile operators’ rates, it is passed on to you both ways without our taking a penny on it, any reduction obtained from the gateway coming back to you in full, and every change is notified to you. What is billed separately is the channel itself: your sender name declared and maintained with the industry register, the opt-out register honoured on every send, sending windows enforced, compliant message templates, and proof of what went out. Text messages are there to notify — confirm an appointment, flag a missing document, announce that a paper is ready — not to hold a conversation with the agent (articles 6 ter.6 and 7 bis.11 of the general terms).
The SMS channel lets your agents send a short notification — appointment confirmation, a document made available, a missing item, a one-time code. Two amounts, never merged: a monthly BLA subscription based on volume, and the segments themselves, passed on at the provider's actual cost, with no mark-up whatsoever.

The subscription includes no segments. It pays for Blue Lemon Agent's work: keeping the connector and routing alive, supervision, logging and reconciliation of usage, handling consents and opt-outs, message templates and validation rules, deliverability monitoring, monthly report. Segments sent and received are passed on to you at the provider's actual cost, with no mark-up, through your consumables wallet.

compiling and filing the alphanumeric sender application with the industry register, checking the rights to the name, compliant message templates, setting up the opt-out register and the sending windows, end-to-end tests. The messages themselves are not part of this fee.
Ordering comes before activation. The module can be ordered; opening it for you requires eight conditions to be met and documented — provider and destinations chosen, message type qualified, legal basis and consents documented, sender validated, opt-out tested, caps accepted, acceptance testing signed. We work through them with you after the order.
The module follows the capacity tier regime, counted in billable segments — inbound and outbound. You are alerted at 80% and again at 100% of your capacity. No automatic move to the next tier: without your authorisation to exceed, new messages are suspended at the cap, and messages already handled are kept. A higher tier is proposed after an overrun, or when the three-month average reaches 80% of the cap; moving down is available on request after three consecutive months below the lower tier.

Is there a minimum term?
Yes. Maintenance and supervision subscription for an initial term of 12 months for the Agility package, 24 months for the Serenity package and 36 months for the 100% Sovereign package, renewable; support levels (SLA 72 h / 24 h / 4 h) optional. The Serenity package is an all-inclusive monthly fee with no setup fee; the 100% Sovereign package involves hardware installed on your premises. The free 15-minute audit, for its part, commits you to nothing.
What happens to our agent if we stop?
You leave with your data. Article 21 of the general terms provides for its return on request at the end of the contract, in a usable format. Any unused balance in your consumables account is refunded. On 100% Sovereign, the hardware is yours and stays on your premises; the agent's software is licensed for the term of the contract and can no longer be used once it ends. You leave with your data and your hardware, not with the agent.
What can make the bill vary?
