Every application, every deal and every document follows declared states, and you know yours. Here is how the follow-up works, with whom, and what you can set in motion today.
A named contact, written and dated exchanges
The programme has been open since 2026-09-06. Follow-up takes place in writing with your contact at Blue Lemon Agent, and everything communicated to you is dated: a reply to an application, the acceptance of a deal, the version of a document.
That rule has a precise reason: the date is what counts. A registered deal keeps its registration date, a decision keeps its timestamp, and a disagreement is settled on written records rather than on recollections.
What you follow
A partner never has to chase the progress of a file: every object in the programme carries a declared state, and there are no others. An application follows these states: draft, submitted, under review, awaiting further information, approved, rejected and withdrawn. A deal follows these: submitted, under duplicate review, accepted, rejected, protected, qualified, won, lost and expired. An accepted document carries its version and its state: draft, approved, published, superseded and withdrawn.
Access is split across distinct roles within your organisation, each with its own restrictions: the account holder, the administrator, the contributor and the finance contact. The separation is deliberate — whoever follows the deals has no need to see banking details, and whoever handles invoicing has no need to change a profile.
What you can set in motion today
If you have not submitted an application, submit one: it is the way into the programme, and it is open. If your application is under way, your contact at Blue Lemon Agent replies to you in writing, and you know the state of your file.
If you have a deal to register, get it registered now, in writing. It is the registration date that counts, and it is confirmed to you.

How do I know the state of my application?
In writing, from your contact at Blue Lemon Agent. Every state is declared and there are no others: draft, submitted, under review, awaiting further information, approved, rejected and withdrawn. An incomplete file comes back with a list of what is missing; a rejection is reasoned.
How do I register a deal?
In writing, with your contact, before any quotation and with the client's consent. The registration is confirmed to you with its date, and the deal then follows declared states: submitted, under duplicate review, accepted, rejected, protected, qualified, won, lost and expired.
How are my exchanges kept?
In writing and dated, on Blue Lemon Agent's side. That is what guarantees that nothing is lost: a deal registered today keeps its registration date, and a decision keeps its timestamp.
Is the follow-up open from abroad?
The programme is open in France, and the follow-up is for the programme's partners. Opening a country is decided at programme level, with its eight checks, and nowhere else.
