You flag needs, without negotiating or deploying. It is the lightest track: it requires no technical expertise on the agents and no dedicated team.
One form, four tracks, verifiable documents. Read first what you are agreeing to: applying commits you to no volume, but it does mean accepting rules that are published.
Choose on the basis of what you actually do for the client, not what you would like to do. You can apply to more than one track: each is then assessed separately, with its own documents.
You flag needs, without negotiating or deploying. It is the lightest track: it requires no technical expertise on the agents and no dedicated team.
You work on organisation, processes, adoption, training and value measurement, and you invoice your own fees to the client.
You connect and deploy under Blue Lemon Agent's supervision: architecture validated beforehand, data within a framework, adversarial acceptance testing, reversibility planned from the outset.
You propose a pilot, interoperability work, an event or sector access. This track provides for no remuneration: it is a cooperation, not a sales channel.
Nothing exotic, but nothing vague either. An incomplete application comes back with a list of what is missing, which costs both sides time.
Legal name, registration, registered address, legal representative. This is what makes a signature enforceable later on.
A valid certificate, and the discipline to renew it. Insurance that lapses during an assignment leaves a partner exposed on work they believed was covered.
Regions, sectors, languages, technical environments you can handle. An honest scope is worth more than a broad one: it is what will decide what gets sent your way.
Comparable assignments that we can cross-check. We do not ask for client logos or testimonials: we ask for something we can verify.
The programme is open in France. This page exists in two languages so that it can be understood, not to open a country: an application is assessed for an organisation established in an open country.
Applying means entering a relationship whose rules are published: the scope of each track, the registration of deals, the documents to keep current. We would rather you read them here than discover them later.
French law, subject to the mandatory rules and overriding provisions applicable locally.
You will see yours, and there are no others: draft, submitted, under review, awaiting further information, approved, rejected and withdrawn. An incomplete application comes back with a list of what is missing, not with a rejection.
We publish no lead time, because a lead time announced with no decision behind it binds nobody. What we do publish are the states an application passes through: so you always know which state yours is in, which is more useful than a round promise.
No. No track carries a volume commitment, a quota or exclusivity. What is expected of a partner is published on the conditions page: current documents, honest qualification and restraint on anything the published documentation does not say.
That is provided for, with separate roles within your organisation and restrictions attached to each: the account holder, the administrator, the contributor and the finance contact. Separation is the rule — whoever follows the deals has no need to see banking details, and whoever handles invoicing has no need to change the profile.
Yes. A consulting firm that also deploys, or an integrator that also brings deals, are common cases. Each track is assessed separately because its scope and its documents are not the same.
The form is further down this page. The programme conditions — the scope of each track, the registration of a deal, the remuneration base — are better read before sending than after.
