The sales cycle: run up to the decisive meeting
A sales cycle chains together prospecting, qualification, follow-ups, sending materials and preparing the decisive meeting. Your agent runs that chain across your channels, keeps the CRM up to date and prepares the salesperson's file for the moment that counts. Hosted in France: your prospect data and your terms stay with you. Price, scope and signature belong to the salesperson.

Granting a discount commits your margin: that is a commercial decision, and the file is ready so you can take it quickly.

A Blue Lemon Agent sales agent runs the sales cycle across your channels — prospecting, qualification, follow-ups, sending materials — keeps your CRM up to date and puts together the preparation file for the decisive meeting. Price, scope and signature stay with the salesperson. It runs on local inference or is hosted in France: your prospect data stays with you, architecture designed to reduce exposure to extraterritorial legislation, location alone not being enough to guarantee immunity.
These figures describe our offer, not results measured at a client. How large the gain is on your deal volume and number of channels is confirmed by a pilot.
What does an AI agent bring to your sales cycle?
A salesperson is most useful in a meeting. Everything that leads there can be prepared methodically.
! The issue
A sales cycle has many preparation steps and a small number of decisive moments. The former are methodical: follow-ups, sending materials, updating the CRM, building the file. The agent runs them and brings each deal up to the meeting, with the full context of the exchange.
✓ Our answer
Your salespeople arrive at the meeting with a file already built: history, materials sent, objections raised, standard terms that apply. Price, scope and signature commit the company and remain their decisions, as does any discount outside the rate card. Local inference or an isolated resource hosted in France: your prospect data and your commercial terms are entrusted to no third party.
Your prospect data and your commercial terms: sovereignty & compliance
Your prospect data falls under the GDPR and your commercial terms are strategic. Here is how they are protected.
Local inference
The agent can run on a machine belonging to your organisation: no prospect data and no commercial terms leave the network.
Hosting in France
Otherwise, a dedicated and isolated resource hosted in France, under French law — your sales cycles and your prospecting channels: processing and access within the European Union targeted by the architecture.
Reduced extraterritorial exposure
For your prospect data and your commercial terms, the architecture aims to reduce exposure to the Cloud Act and FISA 702; being located in France or in the European Union does not, on its own, guarantee immunity.
Isolated resource
No pooling: an environment strictly dedicated to your company and its sales cycle.
No commitment made in the company's name
Price, scope, discounts and signature stay outside the agent's remit; encryption, role-based access and logging of every exchange.
AI Act: governed deployment
The agent is strictly in support; no price quoted, no discount granted and no contract signed; traceability and human oversight from end to end.
What depends on the architecture chosen These points are not general guarantees: they are settled deployment by deployment, in the quotation.
- The applicable location is that of the architecture set out in the quotation and verified before commissioning.
- Local execution is announced only for the configuration explicitly described and accepted in the quotation.
- The applicable isolation depends on the deployment mode set out in the quotation; no dedicated isolation is presumed.
- Roles and permissions are configured and accepted for the identities and systems actually connected.
- The events logged, their content, their retention period and who may access them are defined for the deployment chosen.

4 real situations, taken from those that come up most often. Pick one: the exchange unfolds as it would in your organisation.
A scripted demonstration. These exchanges show how the agent behaves — its sources, its refusals, what it leaves to your teams. Nothing is sent from this page, no model is queried here, and the matters named are fictional. That is precisely what we promise your data.
The behaviours shown here — monitoring, automation rules, routing and reminders — are configured with you during deployment, from your tools, your rules and your thresholds.
The architecture points named in these exchanges — location, local execution, isolation, encryption, role-based access, logging — are not a guarantee attached to the demonstration: they are those of the architecture set out in your quotation, and verified before commissioning.
· I prepared and sent 88 messages within your mandate, each backed by a dated fact.
· I signed 6 proposals under your €15,000 ceiling and your 30-day lead time. Two others exceed the ceiling: they are waiting for you.
· Two texts out of eleven accounted for 60 % of opt-outs. I pulled them from rotation. The rate fell from 11 % to 4 %, at the same volume.
· 340 addresses are waiting for your go-ahead: their origin is undocumented, and it is the one case where I cannot move on my own. overnight_88-sends_6-signatures.pdfWhat went out under mandate · what is waiting for you
⛓ Source · 88 sends, 6 signatures under mandate, opt-outs from 11 % to 4 %
Your mandate, as you wrote it: €15,000 ceiling, lead time of 30 days or more, rate-card price with no derogation, customers not in dispute. Within those four bounds, I sign and I send.
What it produced this quarter: 34 proposals signed and out the same day, against an eleven-day average before. Karim Belhadj, your sales director, got those eleven days back for the deals that deserved them.
What comes back to you: anything outside the frame. This quarter, 7 proposals — five above the ceiling, two on a lead time a workshop could not meet. You decided in three hours on average.
What you can change whenever you like: the ceiling, the lead time, the list of customers covered, and the ability to grant a discount — which you have not opened so far. The day you open it, with its maximum rate, I apply it. your-mandate_4-bounds.pdfWhat the agent signs alone · what comes back · what you open when you like
⛓ Source · four-bound mandate, 34 signed same day, 7 escalated
What it does alone: identifies companies matching your criteria, writes and sends the message backed by a dated fact, follows up on your calendar, builds the proposal — scope, rate-card price, lead time computed on your real capacity — signs and sends it within your mandate, then keeps the calendar until the answer.
What it brings back: anything outside the mandate, to whoever can decide — a proposal above the ceiling to the sales director, a prospect already in dispute to the account manager, a list of unknown origin to whoever answers for data.
With a monthly summary: sends, replies, signatures under mandate, escalations and how fast they were handled, opt-outs by message, and deals signed against proposals sent.
The one thing the law forbids it, and it applies this without exception: contacting again a person who has objected. Article 21 of the GDPR makes that right absolute in direct marketing — no mandate can lift it, and it is the only bound of its kind in the whole of its operation.
✎ Framework · everything within your mandate · one legal bound, GDPR art. 21
Your current setting: direct send for messages backed by a fact verified in a public register; read-through for existing customers, companies in dispute, and accounts above €50,000 of annual billing. Twelve messages in a hundred go through the read-through.
What the read-through caught in six months: 31 messages, including 7 to a company in dispute with you — they would have landed at the worst moment — and 4 based on an announced hire that was a replacement.
What it costs: fifteen seconds per message, about an hour a month at the current setting.
If you want to delegate fully: I switch to direct send throughout, and I keep the three guard rails that produced 29 of the 31 stops — existing customer, live dispute, fact older than 90 days. You keep 95 % of the read-through's benefit without keeping its time. Léa Vasseur, your account manager, moved her portfolio onto it two months ago: no incident. delegation-slider_31-stops.pdf3 guard rails reproduce 29 of the 31 stops
⛓ Source · 31 stops in six months, 29 reproducible by automatic rule
What needs deciding: those 340 addresses arrived in an imported file with no mention of where they came from. They may be perfectly regular. Somebody needs to be able to say so, because a recipient is entitled to ask where you got their address.
What I prepared to make it quick: the 340 split by likely source — 210 match a trade show you exhibited at, 87 a form on your site, 43 match nothing. For the first 297, the origin is documented in one sentence and they go back out the same day.
What I propose for the remaining 43: either you set them aside, or I treat them as a cold first contact with the matching origin statement — which is lawful in business-to-business prospecting, provided opting out is possible from the first message, which it is.
What I now do at the door: every imported file asks for its origin and date, and the field takes five seconds to fill. The problem will not recur. 340-addresses_297-documentable.pdfSettled in one meeting · origin field now required at import
⛓ Source · 297 of 340 documentable at once, 43 to arbitrate
What it does today: rate-card price, no derogation. Of 41 proposals, 34 signed and out the same day, 5 corrected on lead time after a workshop constraint came back, 2 dropped.
What you can open, and others have: a discount up to a ceiling rate — often 5 % — triggered by conditions you write: volume, term commitment, payment on delivery. The agent applies the rule; it does not improvise a commercial gesture.
What it does when a customer objects on price: it answers within the frame you opened — restates the counterpart, offers the discount if the conditions are met — and escalates the objection as soon as it falls outside, with the account history and the three most comparable recent deals.
What it gives you back: eleven days of average delay recovered between verbal agreement and the proposal going out. On a sales cycle, eleven days is how long a competitor needs to position itself. 41-proposals_34-signed.pdfWhat is open · what can be · the price objection within the frame
⛓ Source · 41 proposals, 34 signed same day, 11 days recovered
Your setting: three follow-ups, at 5, 12 and 25 days. You can make it five, or two, or space them differently by segment. On accounts above €50,000 you set four, and the fourth contact produced 3 deals this quarter.
The bound nobody can lift: a person's objection to being approached. Article 21 of the GDPR makes it absolute — once expressed, processing for direct marketing stops. No mandate you could give me can work around it, and I apply it across every channel and the whole catalogue at once.
What it protects you from: it is precisely that bound which prevented a repeat of the prospect approached on three channels in eight days by two salespeople unaware of each other. Since the refusal is shared across all salespeople, it has not happened again.
What I distinguish: a "no" on an offer leaves the account open for another; a "do not contact me again" closes everything. Both are recorded with their date and their reach. adjustable-calendar_legal-bound.pdfWhat you set · the one bound nobody lifts
⛓ Source · adjustable calendar, GDPR art. 21 absolute, refusal shared across salespeople
What the record shows: the address's origin and its date, the message sent as it went out, who signed it, the dated fact that justified the contact with its source, and the exchanges since.
What it changes in the conversation: an irritated recipient who gets "you filled in our form on 12 March, here is the line" does not ask twice. Of the 14 requests received this half-year, 12 stopped at that answer and 2 led to an objection, recorded the same day.
What you keep beyond the record: the objections. They outlive the deletion of a prospect — otherwise deleting a record would reopen the door the following month and the person would receive again the message they had refused. It is the only data I keep without a time limit, and it allows one thing only: knowing this address must not be written to.
What you set: the retention period for prospects without contact. Three years is the usual benchmark; your data officer decides that, not me. what-you-have-on-screen.pdf12 of 14 requests closed in one answer
⛓ Source · 14 requests, 12 closed on the first answer, objections kept without limit
What I produce by default: by message (which produces opt-outs, which gets replies), by segment, by list source, by offer, and signatures under mandate against escalations. Those four explain almost all the variance.
If you want the individual level: it is lawful, and I set it up. The French DPA restates that an employer has the power to frame and monitor staff activity. I supply the prior information notice (art. L1222-4), the works council consultation file and a proportionate scope — half a day of work you will not have to do.
What I tell you first, so you choose: a salesperson measured on send volume reads through faster, and the read-through is what caught the 7 messages to the company in dispute. Measured on deals signed, the effect does not occur. It is a question of which indicator you pick, not of prohibition.
What I keep in every case: who signed what. A signature is not a counter — it is what lets you answer a recipient, and it is also what you will ask for if a deal goes wrong. what-you-get-back.pdf6 items to hand · the individual level equipped if you want it
