Diag Data IA: 8 expert days co-funded by France 2030 to launch your AI project

What it is
This is exactly the obstacle the State set out to remove with the Diag Data IA, one of the pillars of the « Osez l'IA » plan launched in July 2025 within France 2030.
An 8-day support engagement delivered by a Bpifrance Conseil expert: a review of your data and AI maturity, identification and prioritisation of high-value use cases, and a personalised roadmap to structure your projects.
What it costs
€10,000 excl. VAT, of which 40% is covered by France 2030: the company is left with €6,000 excl. VAT. The envelope covers 2,000 engagements over 2026-2027 — first come, first served.
Who is eligible
SMEs and mid-caps of 10 to 2,000 employees, registered in France on the trade and companies register at the date of application.
How to apply
Applications are made online at diaginno.bpifrance.fr. Even before the Diag, two free resources are worth the detour: the online AI self-assessment (15 minutes) and the ten-hour training path on Bpifrance Université — the free first tier of the IA Booster France 2030 programme.
Going further, Bpifrance also runs "AI Accelerators" (advice, group training, networking) and, for breakthrough innovation projects, the « Pionniers de l'IA » call for projects.
And after the diagnostic?
That is where everything is decided. The Diag Data IA hands you a roadmap; it still has to become a working agent.
