Lesaffre migrated its analytics foundation to SAP Datasphere, with SAP Analytics Cloud for reporting, and built generative AI into it to make the data simpler to query. The stated objective: make information reliable and speed up the teams' autonomy (the benefits communicated remaining qualitative).
