Standard connectors Connecting your dialogue channels (Microsoft Teams, Slack, WhatsApp Business, email, website chat, VoIP telephony) is included at no extra cost and with no limit on how many. But some platforms bill their own usage on their side — WhatsApp Business bills per conversation, for instance. Any such fees are not part of the subscription: they pass through at cost, with no mark-up, via your prepaid wallet (article 6 ter of the general terms).

Standard connectors — Microsoft Teams, Slack, WhatsApp Business, e-mail, your website chat, calendars, Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace, Facebook pages, Instagram professional accounts, LinkedIn pages, Google Business Profile and Google reviews… Trustpilot cannot be ordered directly: it requires your own Trustpilot for Business account with access to the API module, your Business Unit ID, an authorised authentication method, and the matching rights and quotas, and is priced on quote, after a feasibility study — Trustpilot's costs at your charge, integration and maintenance quoted separately. The number included is the one in your quote: a connection is included only if it is named there and if its technical, contractual, pricing, geographical and security prerequisites are met, and third-party platform subscriptions remain taken out and paid for by you. On your social accounts and review listings, the agent prepares and you publish.

To be confirmed at scoping: the connection assumes your software exposes an API or a usable export. Some legacy packages offer neither — we say so before signing, and the agent then works from a file drop or assisted data entry.

Languages Your agent understands and answers in one language: the language of your service. The option opens others, at the same quality level — understanding, replies and documents. It carries two prices because it is two jobs: a language is OPENED once (your content taken over, business glossary, end-to-end tests) and RUN every month (updates, quality control of the answers in that language). The price is derived from the gap between our single-language and our multilingual agents in the catalogue: beyond five additional languages, the dedicated multilingual agent costs less, and we say so. On an agent that is multilingual by design, the option does not appear: it would charge you twice for what its price already covers.

Choosing the channels is your call
Choosing the channel is your call, and nothing forces you through a third party. A channel from the catalogue is included only if it is named in the quote and if its technical, contractual, pricing, geographical and security prerequisites are met; failing that, it is offered to you in assisted mode, on quotation, deferred or declined. For what must stay with you — professional secrecy, health, social or financial information — use the chat hosted on your own website, served by the agent itself, on the server or the hardware described in your quote. The other channels remain open within those limits, bearing in mind that WhatsApp Business and social-network messaging route your exchanges through a third party, which may retain their content and metadata. It is for you to tell the people you exchange with which channel you have chosen, and to let them ask for another.

Publishers' prices are published in US dollars: the amount re-invoiced is the amount in euros actually borne by Blue Lemon Agent on the publisher's invoice, at that invoice's exchange rate, with no commission or mark-up.

Maintenance and supervision subscription for an initial term of 12 months for the Agility package, 24 months for the Serenity package and 36 months for the 100% Sovereign package, renewable; support levels (SLA 72 h / 24 h / 4 h) optional. Bespoke development, additional integrations or exceptional volumes are quoted separately. Support Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm. Prices exclude VAT.
Components included in the base offer: the Blue Lemon Agent software foundation, the AI models listed in the order journey, the standard channels (Microsoft Teams, Slack, WhatsApp Business, email, website chat, calendars, Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace, file storage, market VoIP telephony, professional social-media pages and accounts, Google Business Profile), hosting in France for the package chosen, backups, supervision, updates and support. If adapting the AI agent to your constraints, your needs or your requests requires other paid components — a third-party publisher's software licence, paid API access to one of your applications, hosting of health data, for which French law requires an HDS-certified host (art. L. 1111-8 of the French Public Health Code), SecNumCloud-qualified hosting, a speech synthesis service, particular hardware —, they are offered to you as an option or on quotation and re-invoiced at the cost incurred; nothing is committed without your written agreement. Where the artificial intelligence model you choose entails an additional cost, that cost is shown to you before you order and re-invoiced to you at the cost incurred, with no margin.
